By registering, accessing, or using SharpDM, you confirm that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
• If you are using SharpDM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

3. Description of Services

SharpDM provides automation tools that allow users to:

• Send automated Instagram Direct Messages
• Reply to comments and keywords
• Use AI-assisted conversations
• Manage workflows, analytics, and engagement

SharpDM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use SharpDM, you must register and maintain an active account:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• SharpDM is not liable for losses resulting from compromised account details.

5. Fair Use and Compliance

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate Instagram’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, harassment, or defamatory content.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or misleading commercial content.
